ABOUT ME

Life has brought me to the Southern Highlands, where I live with my husband and our two kids. ​

 

I fell in love with baking many years ago and longed to bring the flavours of home to the Czech community living in Sydney. On top of my full time job I spent countless hours in my kitchen, often waking up at 4am on weekends to start baking for customers. I would load up my car with boxes of baked goods and sold them at markets.
