Absolutely the best honey cake we’ve tasted. Better than all the fancy cake shops around the Southern Highlands. Jana’s attention to detail made for a spectacular birthday cake, rich in honey flavour and a perfectly layered cake. Local delivery was handy too. Can’t wait to order this again. Highly recommend this lovely lady - we are lucky to have such a skillful local cake maker in our midst.

I ordered Medovnik 2 weeks ago for my friend’s birthday and he said that this has just become his favourite cake ever. It was so delicious, soft in the middle, crunchy nuts on the top, its layers feel light but full of flavour. It’s great for celebrations or just for a snack or something with your cup of tea. Can’t wait to order another one soon.

I have had cravings for medovnik for a while and eating the one Jana made for me was like being in heaven full of memories from back home. So delicious! I shared it with workmates and everyone loved it! I can not wait to order some other cakes and also try her bread. But again Jana's medovnik is a winner!

Jana went above and beyond to get a massive, last minute order done for our wedding in a really creative way! The wedding cake, three-tier “Medovnik” decorated with hearts, wedding pastries, kolache, apple strudels and other wedding sweets…all looked and tasted delicious. Jana baked most of them over night, so they would be fresh for the 6am pick up! Needless to say there were none left by the end of the day. I will definitely create more opportunities for another baked order with Jana. She is such a pleasure to plan with!
